Departures later than 08:00 AM risk foggy conditions on the volcano.

Clear views of Merapi’s peak are not guaranteed and depend on weather. Morning departures offer the best chance of clear skies. For this reason, we strongly recommend an early start.
Prambanan Temple is closed on Mondays. For bookings on Mondays, we can adjust the itinerary with alternative visits.
Ijo Temple is best enjoyed during sunset. Please allow sufficient time for a relaxed visit.
