To get the best views of Mount Merapi’s peak, we recommend starting from your hotel in Yogyakarta at 07.00 AM. The latest departure should be 08.00 AM, as fog often covers the volcano after 09.00 AM.

• Optional river splash ride (+30 mins) — IDR 100.000 per Jeep, an extra charge applies.
• Countryside walking activity (~2.5 hours, moderate level with forest paths and some inclines) — IDR 150,000 per person, paid directly on-site. Includes the service of a local village guide (basic English). Weather conditions may affect trail conditions. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues.
• Our Jeeps are driven by licensed local drivers, and the route is adjusted based on Merapi’s current activity status. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
