Transfer Kedung Kayang

Transfer to Kedung Kayang base. Optional lunch at local restaurant on the way (not included)

📌 Additional Notes

Clear views of Merapi’s peak are not guaranteed and depend on weather. Morning departures offer the best chance of clear skies. For this reason, we strongly recommend an early start.
To increase your chances of seeing Mount Merapi clearly, start from your hotel by 07:00 AM.
Hiking to the base of the waterfall is strictly prohibited during rain or if the path is too slippery.
⛅ Opening and access hours may vary depending on weather conditions.
🌧️ In case of rain or warning from local staff, only the top viewpoint is accessible.
Trekking to the base of the waterfall is moderately challenging and not recommended for those with mobility issues.
Always follow local staff instructions, especially during bad weather.
The cliffside viewpoint is easily accessible for all ages.
