🌄 Jomblang Cave & Kalisuci River Private Day Trip

🕳️ Jomblang Cave

• A vertical cave with a giant sinkhole about 50 meters deep.
• Famous for the “Light of Heaven” — a spectacular sunbeam that shines through the cave at around 10:00–12:00 AM.
• Guests will descend with a professional rope system (Single Rope Technique) and walk through a muddy underground tunnel to reach the Grubug Cave chamber.
• Provided in the caves: helmet, harness, boots, safety gear, local guides, lunch, and water.
• Important: Limited to 80–100 visitors per day. Advance reservation is required.

💦 Kalisuci River Tubing

• An exciting tubing adventure combining caving and river exploration.
• Float through an underground river system with limestone rock formations and natural tunnels.
• More adventurous than Pindul — includes both underground and open river tubing with small rapids.
• Equipment, guide, helmet, and safety vest are provided on site.
• Suitable for guests with moderate fitness and a taste for adventure.

• Comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy
• Extra t-shirt, pants/shorts, socks, and towel
• Waterproof bag or plastic pouch for wet clothes
• Flip-flops or sandals (for after the cave)
• Camera/GoPro (helmet mounts often available at Jomblang)
• Cash (for tickets and personal expenses)

• Be ready early – pickup is usually at 07:00 AM
• The light of heaven at Jomblang Cave appears best between 10:00–12:00, so punctuality is key
• The full tour lasts about 8–9 hours including driving and cave activities

• Basic fitness is recommended – you’ll walk through muddy and slippery terrain
• Jomblang is not recommended for guests with knee/back problems or fear of heights
• Always follow instructions from local cave guides — they’re trained in safety procedures
• Helmets, boots, and harnesses are provided by the operator on-site
